During the winter I find it hard to be motivated. The grey skies and freezing weather have given way to my winter blues and longing for summer. I combat this feeling with my outfit choices. So today I added a hint of blue to bring warmth into this cold, cloudy and windy day. Most people would not wear sunglasses since there is almost no sun, but I thought “who cares,” if I want to wear sunglasses on a seemingly cloudy day I should just do it! I did manage to snap a few photos when the sun popped out for a moment so it doesn’t look so out of place in this post. What do you think of this outfit? Have you ever worn sunglasses on a cloudy day simply because it matched your outfit?

DeleteI wear sunglasses a lot because my eyes are pretty sensitive to light, especially when I am driving my car. And nobody needs wrinkles from squinting into the light.

DeleteI actually have these same issues with sunglasses, because I love wearing them and I'm always tempted during winter but then it's like - I'm gonna look like an idiot so I don't. But anyway, I'm the opposite. I love winter and it's when I'm moat inspired but this has alot to do with people's tastes.

I guess people wear sunglasses when it's just bright outside, people with more sensitive eyes and so on! Or people who spend a lot of time around snow or water, to combat reflections!

Thank you Erin. It was so cloudy when I started taking the pictures that I got a bit discouraged. Then suddenly the sun popped out so I ran back out and had my husb snap a few. The funny part is they were still dark so I had to lighten them a lot, but I think it came out pretty well.
