My go to outfit for any formal function starts with a simple black dress.
I then add colourful accessories and other layers. Here I added my favourite faux fur stole, last seen here. Now I’m no model and my cheeks are a bit on the chubby/saggy side so my resting face tends to come off plain or slightly angry at times (I know there is a name for this, but I’m not repeating it here.) For this shoot I wanted to try something different to give more expression to my face. These photos are the result. I think they are a bit fun, what do you think? Do you like your resting face? DeleteAdding fur to an outfit is a better idea than accessories themselves, this is because fur is elegant and represents royalty. Your outfit is very stunning and the clutch adds edge to the look. Lili, I want to smack you, your cheeks are in NO WAY CHUBBY OR SAGGY! Girl you mad?! LOL! But I guess that's the way with most of us, we see flaws in us that usually non-existent. I think I have thunder thighs and my husband usually rolls his eyes to the back of his head whenever I complain. Haha! And bitch resting face? Oh yea, that's me. If I don't smile then I will look like I'm really bitchy and snotty so many first impressions of me are usually not good. LOL!
