Standard Errand Uniform

Sweater + Jeans + A Blazer has become my standard errand running outfit for the last few months.

This outfit I wear to do the grocery shopping and run most of my errands.  Though the type of shoes, sweater, and fit of the blazer may change from time to time, essentially the look is the same.  And yes I do wear heels almost always, even to the grocery store (Why?? because I am so short I can barley reach the top shelf without them.)

Blazer:  no label Similar Here.  Sweater: Bottega Veneta.  Jeans: BCBG.  Shoes: Manolo.

I purchased this blazer at a vintage shop years ago. It was part of a suit. The shop had several gorgeous suits that belonged to an elderly woman who had just passed. She was exactly my size, and I was desperately in need of professional and expensive looking clothes for a job I just started at that time. These finds were meant to be! Unfortunately since then I’ve somehow lost the matching pants along with the other suits I purchased. This blazer is the remaining memory of that time. Do you have pieces that bring back memories? Do like vintage clothing?
