Layering a sleeveless turtleneck over a long sleeve turtleneck is perfect for today's outfit.
This ruffled skirt and white turtleneck is one of my “go to” outfits. Today however I decided to experiment and add a sleeveless brown turtleneck sweater on top creating a double layered turtleneck. I was surprised at how well it looked. I paired this with these brown lace up sandals seen in my last post. I’ve had these for years and purchased them way before lace up’s were “in.” What do you think of this outfit? Do you like the double layered turtleneck look? Is it something you would wear? Have you ever purchased an item way before it was popular?

I have never jumped onto the turtleneck bandwagon, not even when they were all the rage in the past because I find it to be uncomfortable. I know it's a mental thing but I always feel suffocated by it.

DeleteI owned lace up flats for yeqrs, but they seem either to fall down or be uncomfortably tight to wear. Any suggestions?
ReplyDeleteActually these are a little tight when I wrap them this high (another suffering for cuteness issue which I'm sure I'll regret in a few years.) When I wear them with jeans I wrap them lower and tie them in the front and they are much more comfortable :)
