Matchy Matchy Blue

Wearing a blue sweater and jeans that match the blue decor of the hotel bathroom.

The decor matches my outfit exactly.

Today we arrived in Palm Beach and as soon as we got into our hotel room I realized that my outfit matched the decor, especially the bathroom. Now we’ve stayed here a ton of times before, but they recently renovated and re decorated all the rooms. I had no idea it would be blue and did not plan this at all. The hotel I’m in is the “Eau Palm Beach,” which use to be the Ritz a few years ago. Even when it changed names the decor never changed. But I am happily surprised since I love all things matchy matchy. Have you ever worn an outfit and suddenly realized you matched your surroundings? Do like things to be matchy matchy? Are you on vacation at the moment?

    No, I haven't actually been match-matchy with my outfit. Just my ghostly white face after delivery was matching the hospital walls, but not in a pretty way like your sweater.

    That looks like a really lovely boutique hotel! And no, I never thought of matching my outfit to anything, not even to my nails or lipsticks. I usually just grab the nearest piece to me, wear it and go out. LOL!
