Striped trousers are a great staple that can be worn all year round. Here I show two ways to style them for the winter. In the first set of photos I paired them with a white long sleeve turtleneck and a black duster. I think this gives these trousers a very sophisticated vibe.

For my second look I paired these striped pants with a black short sleeved turtleneck and camel coat. I added accessories with gold accents to give it more of a fun look.
Striped Trousers: Alice and Olivia (Old) Love these Ann Taylor ones Here. And these BCBG runway version Here. Duster: BCBG. White Turtleneck: Intimissimi. Black Turtleneck: Victoria's Secret. Belts: Ann Taylor. Bags: Barry Kieselstein Cord / Chanel. Shoes: Manolo / BCBG.
What do you think of these looks? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comment section.

ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful outfit! Those striped trousers are so cool!

They look really versatile the way you styled them, I always figured that patterned trousers would be difficult to style differently. The first version is my preferred one.

Thank you Anne. Sometimes they are a bit difficult to style. I have a white pair with brown geometric print and so far I've only found that they look good with a simple brown top. I need to experiment a bit more with them.

Ah, I love a patterned trouser! I've got several pairs in my dresser, but just haven't worn them lately. I should change that, haha!
ReplyDeleteI love the looks you've created, especially the second! You've made the trousers look so uncomplicated and sophisticated :)
