Faux Fur Vest + Plaid Scarf

Wearing a faux fur vest and plaid scarf turned sideways.
If you’ve seen some of my other posts you know I’m addicted to fur. I love bright coloured fur, fuzzy pom poms, and many items that may seem a bit much (wait till I get into glitter,) but today I’m wearing a toned down piece. It’s a vintage brown faux fur vest that I’ve had for years. I usually pair it with a white or tan coloured top, but I love how this black turtleneck really makes the brown stand out. The plaid scarf was a Christmas gift to my husband. He’s not into scarves so I figured I’d make use of it. The combination of the faux fur vest and plaid scarf is perfect for the slightly warmer weather today. What do you think of this outfit? Is it something you would wear?

    I really like faux fur and have been meaning to get a similar vest for a while now. Somehow it never happened though. And with spring and summer around the corner I think it won't happen this season.

      Actually it's better to buy it in the off season. You can usually find them on a good sale. And I don't see faux fur going out of style in the next couple of years, so it should last a while :)

    I love this outfit, Lili! I borrow (ahem, take) my hubby's pieces that he doesn't wear much either; I adore that scarf!     Initially I thought the shoes were Valentino which is similar, both are equally stunning. I love the outfit, you put everything to well together and I would describe it as casual chic. And I don't blame you for taking the scarf to use, it's a beautiful scarf and it'll be a crime to waste it. xx
